Boivin Giulluame wins stage of Tour Rwanda in Ngoma, Rwanda. 2016

Boivin Giullaume (Canada Cycling Academy) wins stage one of Tour Rwanda.

96.4 kilometers from Kigali > Ngoma.

It was already to be a day for the sprinters to shine in the first stage of International Rwanda Cycling Tour, a day which (Eritreans) finish second and third behind (Canada) Boivin wins the stage one sprints in Ngoma, Rwanda.

 Amanuel Meron wears leaders mountain jersey, while Joseph Areruya is the new race leader of Tour Rwanda.
