Edvald Boasson Hagen (Dimension Data) won the stage on the lower slopes of the Geraardsbergen climb, beating Terpstra and Oliver Naesen (IAM Cycling) with a huge final effort while in the battle for overrall general classification it was Niki Terpstra (Etixx-QuickStep) who emerged as the winner of the #Eneco Tour after heavy rain and slippy roads turned the final stage into a Classic and leader Rohan Dennis (BMC) crashed and abandoned the race.                      Final general classification after stage 7:  Niki Terpstra (Netherland) Etixx - Quick-Step 22:43:26,   2 Oliver Naesen (Belgium) IAM Cycling 0:00:31,   3 Peter Sagan (Slovakia) Tinkoff Team 0:01:00.
