Female Santos Tour Down Under welcome stage two 32.2 kilometre criterium race which is made up of 14 laps crit with a pure flatout 2.3 kilometre course and a lap the fastest.
Amanda Spratt (Orica-Scott) retains her ochre race leader’s jersey while Janneke Ensing (Ale Cipollini), second on Saturday’s stage, remains second overall in 19-seconds.
Kirsten Wild’s win nets her a top three podium place in the general classification standings after taken some precious bonus seconds from the stage win to become third overall in stage two general rankings.
