Matej Mugerli (Amplatz-BMC) sprints to stage three in Shaki, Tour D Azerbaidjan while Raim Mihkel (Israel Cycling Academy) finish second and Buts Vitaliy (Kolss Cycling Academy) came 3rd in the stage.
